Certificate Validation is not working

Hi WPLMS, When I try to verify certification with code and hit enter, it takes me to the fallback page which I have to create and select, But nothing is to visible on that page, after it directs me to that page, How can I fix this? so my Validation process can work well, Thanks

Hi, you first go to WPLMS->Course Manager-> Fallback Certificate Page set the page that you want to open.

hello, it was not working because of the fallback page that you set is certificate and the certificate page has the template DEFAULT. In the fallback certificate page's description, it was written that you have to select a page with the certificate page template. refer:https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cqQO1MunPw
