Hola, Les agradecería que me pudieran resolver el siguiente problema, por favor. He creado un certificado, lo he incorporado al curso y cuando el alumno finaliza el curso no recibe por ningún sitio el certificado. He seguido el tutorial siguiente: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/custom-certificates-with-printable-background-images-and-certificate-code-validation/ Sin embargo no funciona. hola!! no this is not the right way please use pdf certificate for creating the certificates

make sure you have enabled all the latest version of plugins and theme on your site

connect the certificate within the course in the course setting then you will find the certificate in the profile section of the user.

Yes its possible .We can add a custoom field in the course settings for this which we can later show in the certificates . We can take it as a paid customization for $19 ,please confirm if you agree .

So is it the student field or the course field? Will student enter this field or course instructor will put this field into course settings ? If its student field then its pretty easy to do and is already available. use this shortcode : [certificate_student_field field="my-field-name"] change the my-field-name accordingly(case-sensitive).

Es un campo de alumno, el número de pasaporte del alumno. Si usamos ese shortcode cambiará el nombre, ¿verdad? Necesitamos incluir el nombre y el número de pasaporte del alumno en el certificado. Si nos pudieran dar una solución, sería muy gratificante. Gracias.

Well simply create a profile field named "Passport" from wp-admin -> users -> profile fields add into base profile field group . then if user has filled this field you can add this shortcode :

[certificate_student_field field = "Passport"]

  in your certificate to show this field in your certificate with name .

it's all the adjustments that you have did on your certificate.

let me clear

the steps for pdf certificate

1. select the text box in pdf certificate builder choose the width and height accordingly
2. drag and drop the element according to your design
3. choose the alignment of the text there
4. and after that click on the EDIT TEXT
5. after that click save option
6. now check it pdf and after assign to user

hi, well i have found your previous provided credentials but unable to check the site url so please provide it i will create a certificate add it in the course (so please also provide the course url on which i can perform testing) and then let you know the results but before this please provide credentials and site url in private reply
