Certificates on V4

Hi, since the upgrade the certificates are coming out wrong. Ive tried many things and i just get different variations of messed up. Do you have a tutorial on how to create PDF certificates on V4 because it appears to be different to what it was. I tried in elementor and using the certificate builder and they both produce a messed up PDF. hi just checked your site and found the above-provided code is not added in the customizer plugin and also no wplms pdf certificate is activated on your site so please check this video http://somup.com/cYX12hI0Gz and here are the tips regarding PDF Certificate plugin refer: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/pdf-certificates/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9mXInbmFGY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kyJGVlegWTc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylT1j35dUbg https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-pdf-certificates-update-1-3/ make sure you have enabled all the latest version of plugins and theme on your site. it’s all the adjustments that you have did on your certificate. let me clear the steps for pdf certificate 1- select the text box in pdf certificate builder choose the width and height accordingly 2- drag and drop the element according to your design 3- choose the alignment of the text there and after that click on the EDIT TEXT 4- after that click the save option then update the entire certificate this is how it will work just make sure you have performed the steps properly

I need the font in Helvitica but every time i change it and click on save then update it reverts to Times New Roman? any advise?
