Change the text "Read more" button

I used "Post Masonry Grid" to display some posts in my web. There are  three components will display: A featured image, excerpt text and a button labeled "Read more". My question is: How can I change the text "Read more" to another text ? (I already translated  all the language file "vibe-xx.po" and placed it in right place) Thank you very much.
