Changing word 'Courses' to 'Training' throughout.

I'm trying to change the word courses throughout the menus in the site to training. I have been able to do this in a number of places relating to the pages by changing these, but the various menus and buttons are proving difficult to find or change - 'My Courses', 'Course Expired', 'Take this course', etc. Is there an easy way to do this with custom css or does this require numerous php file changes?

@grahamch The second point of yours is right actually. To change a particular text so that it will visible as a translated text at all places. This will need numerous file changes which is not a good idea. So you can use loco translate plugin for this.
