Look, I needed to change a few things.

Ok we checked it out and found that a custom login is used by you on login .
The issue is that on our login we also authenticate to firebase as well after which the chat can be used .
so my suspection is your custom login due to which its not working

Checked with mine firebase credential issue still persist.
Please check to deactivate the third-party plugin that can cause the issue.

Hi I went to check and try updating the plugins vibebp and wplms plugins as they were outdated but could not do so coz your site did not let me delete these plugin asked for ftp prompt .
