August 13, 2018 at 4:47 am #172221PeterSpectatorHello, We were thinking to change some codes, so thought to implement the Child theme. So, installed the blank child theme. And, our home page which was built on your demo 10, broken down. Raw codes are showing for some text codes you used and we customised a little. https://prnt.sc/khvpuk Later we've had to restored back to yesterday. This shouldn't happen. The Child theme should work without any changes. Would you please look into this matter urgently? Thanks,August 14, 2018 at 12:25 pm #172384DianaParticipant@WMHI, Actually, your vibe shortcodes plugin is deactivated. Activate this plugin and it will work fineAugust 14, 2018 at 2:14 pm #172405akinvicParticipanthi i just bought your theme, i want to use it on a student recruiting/ student management website - so i wont need some functions, i need guidance as i noticed i cant make changes and turn off some functions manually as i earlier thought. pls let me know if i cant customize it to fit my goalAugust 14, 2018 at 11:53 pm #172442PeterSpectator@Diana, Negative. That 'Vibe Shortcode' plugin was always been activated. We'd to restore the site from previous backup. And, now are afraid to take chances to change the theme again. Maybe we'll test this on another test domain first and then try on this. Thanks,August 15, 2018 at 6:52 am #172458MrVibeKeymaster@WMHI : The demo10 is built on Visual Composer. Please make sure the Visual composer plugin is active on your site. For this go to WP admin - Appearance - Setup Wizard and in the first screen "features" select the feature "Visual composeR" and in the next step, you can install the plugin. After this quit the setup wizard. and the demo10 home page will appear fine. @akinvic : Please create your own topic, we can help you. You can disable the functions you do not need, everything is customisable.August 16, 2018 at 3:27 am #172509PeterSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.August 16, 2018 at 5:41 am #172519PeterSpectatorStill we're getting a message for free course enrolment - https://wplms.wmhi.com.au/course/how-to-ask-ruok/.Screenshot - - https://prnt.sc/kj6no9 But if we go to the Home page it shows users as logged in - https://prnt.sc/kj6ol1 Please help on this.August 16, 2018 at 6:22 am #172528PeterSpectatorOK, we've managed the course redirection :)August 16, 2018 at 11:48 am #172572DianaParticipant@WMHI, Great..!!September 3, 2018 at 1:53 am #174540PeterSpectator@Diana @Mr.Vibe Still some problem.
- For a new user activation, the redirection to the my course page is OK for the very first time, but for the 2nd time login it goes to the home page, so students need to use the drop down menu from the top-right profile menu. After login students should always be redirected to the "My Courses" page.
If the password given on the popup login box, it goes to the WP login page (which should not happen. it shd always stick to the popup box with forgot username/password and recovery option), and after putting the right login details it goes to the 404 page. Weird! --- https://prnt.sc/kpvdil
There are some very weird issues on mobile devices. We'll be opening another ticket for that. Thanks,
September 3, 2018 at 4:48 am #174556DianaParticipant@WMHI, Yes, Please open another ticket We will look into thisSeptember 3, 2018 at 7:27 am #174589PeterSpectatorHi Diana, We've created another 2 tickets for other issues. Hope above mentioned 2 will be resolved here. Or we need to create a new one for these too? Thanks,September 4, 2018 at 6:31 pm #174838DianaParticipant@WMHI, Apologies for the delayed response here. Please create another topic for these two. As the original topic of this issue is different and if some other person from our team try to find out the actual issue. He has to read the above replies first which takes too much time. -
