Hi, In product page, when user select variables, the page shows: "per Expired" https://prnt.sc/zNOS85ZdiDA1 In course page, it shows "% Expired " next to all student names https://prnt.sc/chc7igXjAzER All are off-line courses,I didn't set the course start date or I set the date to May21, 2022, expired characters is still there. https://prnt.sc/s1Zw_xiYCCuH How can I fix "expired"problem in product page and course page? Thank you

1 . Please goto course settings and goto accessibility settings of course and disable the Subscription for the course product there : https://prnt.sc/nbPZMZOHewzb

Hi, I checked and found that I didn't enable the subscription for the course product. Any other setting which could cause the problem?

hi once you select to disable it will remain disabled can't set disable by default.
