    I have a course that should not expire - but I can renew it as a student or as the instrctor. Please advise. Thx

    Hi... Please clarify your issue, Do you want your course to be expired or you want the users to renew it ?

    Hi... This is the default behaviour of wplms courses. If you are enrolled in a course and the course expires i.e. the duration is finished, then the expired button is shown on the course. The users can click on that button and again purchase the course to renew it.

    To renew your course please goto course ->  course admin and then extend her subscription . refer : http://prntscr.com/g1g5aq FOr the course expiry issue please make sure that the product that you set for the course does not have subscription enabled in course pricing settings and course duration set to unlimited in course settings . refer : http://prntscr.com/g1g5jr http://prntscr.com/g1g5qe

Please refer : 2. then there is not need to check your course pricing settings just make sure that the duration of course is set to 9999 days . refer : https://prnt.sc/g1g5qe IF above does not resolves your issue then please share your site url and admin credentials (in private reply ) to check this at your end .

    I am still not been able to replicate the issue . you set  the course duration to be 52 weeks . Its not unlimited ,after 52 weeks user will need to again purchase the course if you do not want it to expire ever then set duration to 9999 days there . refer : http://prntscr.com/g3dttm Maybe we are not able to understand you .therefore please share step by step explanation with screenshots to explain the exact issue of your's .Also share the user credentials for which the course got expired .

    Well user suppose to see the add to cart button on single product page but as you did not set any price in that product ,the add to cart button was not showing . Click to renew button redirect to product page where user needs to buy the product in order to get the access to course again . YOu can also increase the subscription of your users from course admin . refer video : http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbje2glggD
