Course material access

We have setup an offline course with some units containing travel information, entertainment options, what to expect, etc... Once a student goes through these units, the course automatically goes into "awaiting evaluation" and the student can't revisit those units. How can we configure the course so that the student still has access to the material? We've tried setting up a batch with an end date linked to the live event but that didn't work.

Hi, 1. Yes, you are correct, users cannot access the units after finishing the course until the instructor evaluates his/her course as you have set your course to manual evaluation. 2. You need to set the course to automatic evaluation if you want the users to see the content of the course after submitting it. Please refer to this screenshot : http://prntscr.com/fggkw5

Our course is not evaluated until they attend the live event. The online course materials are just part of the course. Is there a workaround you can think of? Perhaps a unit that drips to the batch students after the live event? Thanks
