Course Video Not Showing In Frontend

Hello Team, I have added an active video URL here as you mention: https://prnt.sc/vgcrc2 But in the student frontend, I can't play the video: https://prnt.sc/vgcs3i Please share some solutions as I have seen all the docs but I didn't get any solution.

Do you want to use this old layout? https://prnt.sc/vgcs3i Because now the course layout should be set as "blank" from wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Layouts > Course Layouts And the issue is with only student's end? And working on instructor's end
