1. Which free live chat do you recommend for child theme?

2. Must the course videos be uploaded to a you-tube account first and then the link added to the course unit?

3. Which free screen recording software works better with wplms? a maximum of 30-45 minutes video will do just fine.

1. Basically any chat plugin for wordpress would fine. We've seen users using Zopim chat to ChatX plugin the most. 2. No it is not a necessary, but if your site has a lot of videos then we recommend hosting videos on third party sites like youtube, vimeo, wistia. Which form are you using for registering instructors. You can try using our registration form, refer: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/custom-registration-forms-in-wplms/ If you want to make some user as instructor who is already registered on your website, then  edit the user and change the user role to instructor.

H.K. Latiyan i don't understand your response. i just said i can't find the make instructor button and i expected you to look at the form to see what is really the problem. i am using ninja form.

I am not happy with the way my query is been handled. If this was an emergency, it would have delayed for hours. if there is an alternative for support as this channel is not handled on time.

I am really not sure if this is a support  request. None of the questions you've asked are related to the theme so I am unable to respond properly on the queries. Ninja forms is not a Vibethemes product, and we do not recommend integration with Ninja forms anymore ( http://prntscr.com/cybnml ), it is an old setting and only there for users who are using the old version of the theme and Ninja forms. For users who want to use Instructor registration I have already shared the registration forms feature and the tutorial. Please clarify if I have missed something. p.s : Comparing non-theme related and non-support requests with an emergency is really comparing apples to oranges. Unfortunately, Sunday's are off for support because we're also humans. This form was added in 2.3 update and your plugins and theme are still at 2.2 versions, so please update your theme and plugins to latest versions to see the custom registration form.

Please note: Any customisation you have made to theme files will be lost. please consider using child theme for modifications. Please How can i avoid losing my customisation while updating the theme?

If you have edited the theme files then it will be lost after updates. Its always recommended to use child theme or the wplms customizer plugin to do the customizations. If the customizations are done in the child theme or wplms customizer plugin then it will not be lost. Now if you have edited the theme files, then it can not be saved, it will be lost once you update the theme and you'll have to add the customizations again after update.

Hello, i have updated my theme without loosing any customisation because i used Child Theme. My issue is that the registration form is still not showing on the LMS Settings page. Does it take time to update the new features to the theme? Thanks

If you are not seeing the registration form then it means that your vibe customtypes plugin is not update to 2.3 version. Please make sure you update your plugins also to latest versions. Particularly for registration form the vibe customtypes plugin needs to be updated.
