    The origin of these issues in your front end edit seems to be same but we are not able to detect it . Issue seems to be site specific .You need to  check for the other third party plugins that may disturb the functionality of the popup in wplms .

    Ok we tested your test site and found the front end to be working fine . There is no error popup shown when you do not provide any title while creating course . It just disables the create course button until the instructor does not put any title . check video : http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cD6TXfjEJG
