Creating course bundles at front-end

Feature request: Front-end course editor should allow the creation of course bundles. Possible solution: Through the front-end editor, a newly added course should be appended to the list of associated courses in a product bundle, rather than overwriting the whole list of previous courses. • Instructors can create course bundles of their own courses and own products only.
