November 18, 2017 at 7:36 am #136316hilmanfSpectatorI desperately need help to solve my website cache critical issues that not being solved more than a week. Every act I have taken seems just make it worse. My users are disappointed and I am losing so many potential early users. I have no idea if I could continue my project with WPLMS if the issues not being resolved. 1/ Login loop. The login problem still persists as I mentioned in my last topic: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/serious-some-login-issues/ It makes my users can't or hard to login, so they can't take any courses. 2/ I have installed W3 Total Cache with WPLMS guidance and discussion to solve the issue, but problem persists. 3/ I have disconnected and deleted my website from Cloudflare. The problem persists. 4/ I have clean uninstalled W3 Total Cache when I have disconnected/deleted Cloudflare, the problem persists. 5/ When I uninstalled W3, some courses shows mess. Minify JS still there even I have clean uninstalled W3, purge cache, and delete cache folder in my server. So I have to reinstalled W3 to solve this mess. 6/ I get TypError in my backed every time I edit a page with Visual Composer in Firefox. Please see below. https://prnt.sc/hbzo9i When I added an element, the VC window not closing, but the element was added to page. I only rely on Firefox to manage backend since Chrome always giving me blank error. If I this issue not resolved, so I can't make/edit page anymore. It means I can't use WPLMS anymore. 7/ Chrome issue as I mentioned in my first topic, not being resolved. https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/several-issues-instructor-front-end-short-code-chrome-ajax-loading-etc/ Me and my users (most of them using chrome) experiencing the blank issue with ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR. We are also searching for solutions for this . Initially this should be corrected by the caching plugins . The problem is caching not cloudfare . Please refer this guide to properly uninstall w3 total cache plugin : https://www.shoutmeloud.com/how-to-delete-uninstall-w3-total-cache-wordpress-plugin.html I guess either its the w3 total cache plugin or your hosting provider is still serving the cached pages to the users . Please contact your webhost also and ask them to clear all kinds of caching from your site . for browser error please refer : https://www.howtoseeks.org/err_spdy_protocol_error/ Also editing pages is working fine on your site : http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbXYIC2Z2gNovember 20, 2017 at 3:02 pm #136504hilmanfSpectatorHi, Thanks for trying to help. I really appreciate! Fortunately, the problem is resolved now. My information below may be useful for another user with same cache. 1. This login loop case happened because hosting server cache. Not back end, theme, plugin, nor cloudflare. I diagnosed it because I have did almost everything on back like disabling all plugin, uninstall cache plugin, and deleted my website from cloudflare. 2. I am using shared hosting with Litespeed server active cache and Plesk panel. I asked them to disable cache on my website, they refused. I understand because it is shared hosting. Instead, they asked me to install LITESPEED CACHE PLUGIN on my site. I installed it, the problem stood still. I asked them to setup the plugin inside my back end, and eureka! Login loop is gone until now. 3. This is the Litespeed Cache Plugin setting on my backend: - General > Enable Litespeed Cache: DISABLE - Cache > Cache Logged-in users: OFF - Cache > Browser Cache: OFF - Exclude > Do not Cache Roles: Instructor, Student That's all setting related to cache. I leave optimization setting to default. I would leave this environment and setting for few days ahead to observe the result. If everything is fine, I would connect my website to Cloudflare again. Thank you.November 20, 2017 at 3:05 pm #136507hilmanfSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.November 21, 2017 at 1:53 pm #136596Anshuman SahuKeymasterThis reply has been marked as private.November 21, 2017 at 2:29 pm #136617hilmanfSpectatorHi Alex, It is working like charm!
