Hi I checked it out .Most probably this is server's error . The script is downloading the plugin from your site itself to install the plugins but the curl which use to make hit on urls is failing to get any response from your site . Please also contact your webhost on this . While the other way to install the plugins is manually installing them . All the plugins are present in your wp-content/themes/wplms/plugins folder . Please download them from there and upload and install them (BUT NOT ACTIVATE THEM  , JUST INSTALL THEM )one by one except the buddypress and woocommerce , you will need to install them from wp-admin -> plugins -> add new -> search them and install them also  (BUT NOT ACTIVATE THEM  , JUST INSTALL THEM ) . After you have installed all the plugins .NOW ACTIVATE THEM all at once . To check this further  please share your site url , admin credentials in private reply to check this issue at your end .
