Hi we are sorry , we are working with low resources due to pandemic and we have already a project in pipeline .Im afraid we cannot take this customization right now .
Our project must be completed near Jan end after that we can take look in your project .

we can do the project but the specification are still not very clear , all we know is that you need to fetch video and text to unit content from external api which instructor selects .
We do not know about the authentication it might need to fetch the data and all.

Well there can be restrictions on api like our user api , no once can just make api hit and get the course content unless they send out and authentication token in our api.
Similar thing could have done in that api you might be using .IF there is none that's ok .
