    Currently, as participants finish a course, supposedly only a certificate in image format is being sent out. But when we check the media library, the same certificate has both its image and PDF format generated. We do not want the PDF files to generate to taking up spaces. How to stop the PDF certificate from generating in media library?

    Hello, if you have installed the pdf certificate builder then deactivate this plugin. it will not generate the pdf certificate and won't be stored in the media folder.

    Yes. as i know you are not using pdf certificate then whats wrong in it.
