LatiyanParticipantPlease go to wp-admin->LMS->settings->emails, try to disable the email and then check if the emails are sent or not. I'm having the same issue. No one receives an activation email when registering for my site. Failed, no email received. 3- Enabled and disabled HTML emails and tried the above. Failed, no email received. 4- Contacted my host (GoDaddy) and checked that things were working on that end. They said they set it all up and sent me 2 test emails which worked. 5 - Tried to register a new user after GoDaddy emails worked...Failed, no email. Please help. When i disabled the Forget passowrd email after disabling the wplms email template then i got to receive one email . seems like there is an issue with your host and html emails . Can you please contact your webhost aout this email issue . Please also check if the woocommerce order confirmation email is sending out well in your site by making a dummy order . They assure me that there is nothing more they can do from their end, as it is all working from there. Check screenshots in private reply .
