June 10, 2016 at 6:43 am #52629ORM1ParticipantKindly fix this issue asap...we are facing a lot of backlash from our customers and new users for the same...June 11, 2016 at 10:59 am #52889Anshuman SahuKeymasterHi @ ORM1, I checked all kind of settings in your site for emails . Enabled/Disabled html email templates and checked bit account activation(which is sent by byuddypress) emails and forget password email (which is sent by wordress if you disable the html email template of wplms ) . And also woocommerce emails are not sending out form your site . Keeping in mind all these i jump to a conclusion that this can be the issue from your webhost . Please try contacting your webhost on this . To confirm that this is not coming from theme you can try a test wordpress installation with default 2015 wordpress theme and check forget password email in that setup on same server .June 12, 2016 at 5:11 pm #52969ORM1ParticipantWe have tested and tried on different hosting it's not working there as well.June 13, 2016 at 9:52 am #53081ORM1ParticipantCurrently we are on inmotionhosting.com earlier it was hostgator.com. Our email was always on google apps from the beginning. Before updating the theme it was always working we never had a problem.June 13, 2016 at 2:16 pm #53111H.K. LatiyanParticipantok, a. registration and activation emails are sent by buddypress b. order related emails are sent by woocommerce c. contact and wplms related emails are sent by wplms in case you're unable to send emails for all a,b,c it means the issues lies in your server. Please consult your web host for this or try using wp smtp plugin which would re-route the emails via gmail servers (we use this for testing purpose and works absolutely fine). refer this tutorial : http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-use-smtp-server-to-send-wordpress-emails/June 16, 2016 at 6:33 pm #53680ORM1ParticipantHi, We are able to fix our problem using this plugin https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/gmail-smtp but we are facing problem in display name . <span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 22px;">Let us know where we have to update the same.</span>http://prntscr.com/bh7fcq<span style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 22px;">. print screen is coming attached hereby.</span>June 16, 2016 at 6:34 pm #53681ORM1ParticipantWe also want html emails to be enabled as well which are in LMS settings need to know whether it will come or not. So please update your theme and plugins to latest versions and then check it. 2) Yes it is already in our future plans, we will migrate to buddypress emails. But as of now it is not available.
