I'm having an issue with a main function - the reason I bought WPLMS: The
WPLMS EDD ADDON seems to not work. When it is installed, I cannot chose the course in the downloads. Actually I'm not even able to click any other buttons there, when that plugin is installed (it is fine without):

I just checked it ,working fine at my test setup .
Please try re-saving the permalinks and check this again .
If issue still persists then please share your admin credentials again .Credentials given previously are not working .

Well those were not admin credentials ,so i was not able to complete the order for the user .
But I tested this on my local setup .Access to the course was given to the student when the EDD order was completed (with test payment .) .
Although it does not indicate it anywhere and redirects to the purchase confirmation page .
But user will find that course under "My courses " section .
Can you please share admin credentials to test this properly ?

Well I just checked your site and found that you are using some addons for EDD .
Also we build the wplms edd addon with simple pricing.Still I tested it with the variable pricing .
But I also tested this with variable pricing at my test site and found no issue with it .
Second thing is even I deactivated the plugins pages were still rendering the same for me and features like auto redirect to checkout was still working .
It seems like the site is cached for that user .Can you please try these steps :
1. Deactivate all EDD addons first .
2. Clear cache .
3. Then check if the issue appears .

Well it is not browser cache I was talking about .It seems like that the pages are caching from server side .So please consult your webhost first if they have any inbuilt caching or not .
to check this in deep we would need to check some code changes in your edd addon .
For this can you please provide a valid FTp credentials ?
Also there is no need to switch to default theme .All the code for edd is in edd addon plugin .

Okay I looked into this and found this to be an issue with the EDD addon plugin itself .
It was not considering the user who have created an order for the download .Instead of correct user it was considering current logged in user which is in case while completing order from backend was admin .
I have made some code changes in your site to fix this .Please check and confirm .
Please also check out video in private reply showing that it is fixed .
