Elementor Issue

Hi, I'm trying to import the theme Demo5 with elementor but, nothing happen, I don't see any content. How can I fix this!? Thanks.

I already have the last version 3.9.4 and I already followed those steps.. but I get the Demo5 Template in the "Templates" in Elementor, but, when I try to edit it, it show the "Record not found" message

Now you have an Admin access, you can login with the same user and password.

Hi, You did exactly what I did before.. I also can import and see the Demo 5 in the Elementor Templates. The problem is when I try to edit it. The ony message that I get is: "Record not found" https://ibb.co/6tqsw9j

Well we have created the demos on elemeentor and simply exported them but it isnt working anymore . Its most probably related to elementor plugin itself . please refer : https://docs.elementor.com/article/227-undefined-error-while-loading-templates
