Im using wpmail stmp and its work in test gmail. but when i try to register on my wplms website, the email activation not working/sent. theres nothing in spam too. how to resolve this. thanks

Now, About your issue
You are using BuddyPress Registration Form. Sending Activation email is handled by the BuddyPress itself and wplms does not have any interference in this module.
Please also try resaving the permalinks to postname and make sure that you have logged out from the site.
The exact reason why your emails are not sending can be explained by your web host only.
Try using this plugin refer:

The another option is you can use Custom Registration Form
i cant wait too long :) spam is better way hehe. i give u many information :D. but still slow respon (1 day). and still stuck
