Encoding Display Issues in VibeBP Titles

We're having issues with the dash (-) symbol in the unit name doesn't appear properly on VibeBP and other characters as well (...), ('), (&) etc.. these same titles display fine when in the WordPress curriculum portion of the site. I see you were working on a related bug back in August but not sure if there was any resolution. https://trello.com/c/yxE0GnDt

It does work in the WordPress course curriculum part but still shows the problem in the VibeBP portal where you can see the course curriculum. So the javascript portion still seems to have a problem sanitizing the course and unit titles. I have these installed: WPLMS 4.096 WPLMS - Version 1.4.9.1 VibeBP - Version 1.4.9.2
