hi, when i add users from the admin dashboard and they receive their invitation email asking them to activate account. when they click the link it takes them to an error 500 page. but using another method to add users by them going though the process manually does not give any such issues. Please also try to re-install the wordpress again from network upgrade screen and check it again while im testing this on localhost .

Im sorry I could not find anything in error logs also . Im lost . Can you please try deactivating theme and all its plugins to check if its coming from theme or its plugins .
