Goto settings>> buddypress>pages https://prntscr.com/10fy3ai
and view member directory page check if it is showing members content or not.

If the page is blank then remove the page from members tab and edit the page with elementor and add members directory widgets to it

Then connect this page in members tab.
After following these steps if the page does not appear then share your site URL and admin credentials in private reply, we will check the issue.

On your site you are using buddypress on single page and still global login was enabled . I have disabled it

When using buddypress on single page it should be disabled.now it does not redirect to page not found .
