Expired Courses

Course are shown as "Expired" to users that have already bought a course. We have set to 9999 days the course duration, so now for the new students the accesso to courses should be illimited. But to users that have already bought a course is requested to buy the course again: I've tried to extend the course duration throug the course admin panel, to delete user from the course and add again but nothing change, to the user is requested to purchase again the course.

Hi, for example, for user "Marco Test" the admin panel say that there are 9994 days left to compete course: https://imgur.com/XHxCMxT After logging in with user "Marco Test", user can "Continue course": https://imgur.com/9khJvZ9 But then, after clicking on "Continua Corso" (Continue course) there are no option than buy course again: https://imgur.com/2cpjXIt

Hi Veronica, maybe I wasn't clear enough. The problem is that for students that have already bought a course the platform shows that course as "Expired". I have already extended the subscription: in this image you can see that for student "Marco Test" the platform says "9994 days" to complete the course. Despite this, when the student "Marco Test" click on "Continue Course" button, the platform asks to buy again the course, even if the course is not expired for that user.

hi, you are using version 4 theme but the plugins are not plugins are on version 3 please set up the site on version 4 completely vibebp and wplms plugin both plugin are important to set up the site on version 4: http://prntscr.com/ulmg45
