February 24, 2016 at 5:34 am #31485bikiniblueSpectatorHi, Please check the file I attached. I know how to create and edit the course, however, 1. sometimes front-end edit button disappears 2. the quiz I created for testing wasn't showing at user's view. My chrome and explore browsers are all up to date. It's very frustrating. So if I use wp-pro quiz then what's the point of having your theme? It's too complicated and the main thing is not working properly. I wonder if anyone launched e-learning site with this theme and has been running business successfully. Anyways, I would like you to check junality.com site, Grammar fundamental course quiz one more time. And I really want to get a refund of this purchase. I just don't want to keep testing and waste my time. Thanks.February 24, 2016 at 11:56 am #31622MrVibeKeymasterThe screenshot clearly shows that you've not enabled comments for the question setting. This setting is enabled by default and if you're creating questions via front end the setting is automatically set. 1. The front end edit button would only disappear if you're not the instructor of the course. 2. This is not possible. If the quiz exists it would show to the user. Unless the user has already attempted the quiz or opened the quiz before the quiz questions were set, in which case you need to reset or retake the quiz to reload the question set. The quiz questions are set when the user first "views" the quiz (standalone) or starts the quiz (in course quiz). Try retaking the quiz (Set quiz retakes in Quiz settings, go to Quiz results in profile and click on retake quiz). It would be great if you can refer the documentation or the video tutorials first before hand to avoid any issues. We initially tried to integrate with WP Pro quiz, but unfortunately the plugin has a big memory impact and is certainly not suitable to large scale projects. The plugin alone creates 10 new tables in your database (WordPress requires only 11). WPLMS is sleek and powerful and is being used in sites with more than 100k users (email me for proof ). So, our main aim is to build a better system with minimal memory impact. I have gone through the topics created by you and the issues pointed out by you are mostly not connected to the theme. The issues are either connected to the Settings or to the Server. ( PHP 5.4 came in 2012 but your server is still using 5.3 or less ). Yes the theme has few bugs and we're constantly fixing them and improving our product. If you need help please be precise and post the exact issues you're facing and we'll help you out. However, if the issue description is not clear the resolution would not be swift. p.s : Refunds are not processed by us, please contact http://support.envato.com for refunds.February 24, 2016 at 12:01 pm #31624MrVibeKeymasterJust a suggestion, whenever you test, please test properly. In you course I am seeing a lot of un-configured settings and I fail to understand why critical settings are left blank ? a. Course description missing b. Course screenshot missing. I created a new quiz in your course and it seems to be working perfectly well. http://junality.com/members/junality/course/course-results/?action=2151 I suspect you've not configured the settings in WP admin - Appearance - Customiser ? Or WP Admin - WPLMS ? Make sure you set your logo in WP Admin - WPLMS - Header settings.
