Finished all units but cannot finish course

Hi! Some of my users have an issue that when they follow a course and complete all the units (settings say they have completen 120/120 units) they cannot complete a course because it says it has only been completed for 97%. It appears that for some reason the course completion rate does not get updated How is this possible. And how can this be fixed? Kind regards

Hello,

This could be a third party plugin which is causing code conflicts.

1. Please deactivate all installed 3rd party plugins.
2. Delete browsers cache
3. Re-save permalinks.
4. then check issue is resolved or not??

If it does not work only then share your page url of course, wp-admin url and credentials in a private reply so that i can look into this matter.

a video of the issue will be helpful for us.
