Footer and Shortcode

Hello,

1. I want to use a shortcode here before icons https://prnt.sc/qy2ndq. This is the shortcode [woocs show_flags=1 txt_type="desc" head_title="Select Currency" style=1]
2. I want to add a 2nd footer layer under the top footer, https://prnt.sc/qy2ok0 is it possible to create this? Also, guide me on how can I do this,

no there is no hook. you have to change the template file from header.php and footer.php use a child theme to prevent data loss.
