- Right now, uploading courses from the front end is not working. When we click on Create a course then enter details clicking submit makes the screen go dark and nothing happens.
Export LMS setting is not working, after exporting the file has weird codes
Front End Dashboard for instructors and students is not working, When we visit dashboard page it displays nothing.
Search results are not correct
We have a marketing campaign going on for this site. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Well right now course search is enabled in your site ,so it will only search courses . There's still a small issue that still remains. If you visit toklhob.com and click "ENTRAR" then "INGRESA CON FACEBOOK" (Meaning login and login with facebook respectively) You'd notice that the login with facebook doesn't log you into the website. We have double checked the API details and they are correct. You would find the backend login details up in this conversation. I checked your site and found that you are using an outdated version of theme and its plugins . this issue has been fixed recently . so please update the all the wplms and vibe plugin first and then update the theme . Everything is working good, except few minor points: 1. The search doesn't work well. If you go to the CURSOS page and search for "marketing" in the box under ALL COURSES. It returns many results with marketing word not present in the results. 2. Please find the attached image for the second issue. 3. The third one is the FACEBOOK LOGIN. Even after updating the plugins and theme to the latest versions. Facebook login still doesn't work. We have disabled it for now to avoid customers clicking it. But you can enable it when trying to fix it. The login details are up in this conversation. So it seems like the author of the course status page is different and author of the unit is different . There the author changes there . 3. Looks like this is connected to the third party plugin . something is not letting the bp socail connect plugin to create new user in your site . So please try deactivating third party plugins in your site and check the issue again .

The registration email doesn't send We tried re-sending it from the backend under Users. But it didn't work. We are using send-in-blue SMTP. And all emails work, we tried forgot password and creating new user from the backend. These emails came just fine. Only the registration email doesn't work. Please help. Make sure that your wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to latest version 2.2.2 .After update please re-save permalinks and clear cache(if any) . 2. If you have updated to version 2.2 you will see a notice to migrate all the emails in back end wp-admin dashboard . refer : http://prntscr.com/cdbm0p please click on the migrate wplms emails button . 3. then goto your wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> emails -> email option and disable the wplms html emails from there .Now the emails will be sent from Buddypress plugin itself and there will be no interfere in buddypress emails by wplms . Now check the activation emails in your site . 4*. If still they are not sending out then please again enable the wplms html adn set a activation email from wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> emails -> activation email and check again for the activation emails .September 5, 2016 at 8:37 pm #69048dewSpectatorHi There, Thanks for getting back.
