Hi there, Grouping option in the simple product is missing and no more displayed. Is it that the version of woocommerce is customised by you or is it some plugin conflict? Please advise.

Well wplms and any of its plugin does not modify any behaviour of woocommerce . It might be plugin conflict . its working fine at my test setup : http://prntscr.com/hks3wu refer : https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/group-bundle-products-woocommerce/
