    well please follow this tutorial. :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hgtz9x3X85w you have to make sure that you have translation of members directory page in all languages . then you simply have to login as admin -> goto your actual profile link : members-directory/{username} append this string in the url : ?reload_nav=1 in each of the members-directory profiles .
