    If you are using Vibe BBB Addon then you can create appointments meetings in Vibe BBB

    Vibe BBB: https://docs.wplms.io/extensions-and-addons/extended-addons/video-conferencing/vibe-bigbluebutton You need to setup like this, when you create meetings in appointments, user can create meetings in vibe BBB
