How to automatically add users to courses ?

Hi There, I would like to know how to automatically add users to courses ? I would like to know how to mass add users by tags and / or by role. Thank you in advance.

Can you please define how do you want to add automatically your users to course ?I there must be some condition . Please share more details on that  . We have a feature to add free courses to user account upon successful registration .
