How to connect teacher accounts to groups of students?

I'm almost finished with my new website metmeestergijs.nl. Students can do everything you facilitate. But how do I add teachers in this mix? How can teachers connect or be connected to their classes? Can student and teacher create their account seperately? Or do I need to upload all class accounts including teacher add once? And how do I do this? Thanks

Well students can register simply using the register option in header or in signup form . for instructor registration you can use custom registration forms : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/custom-registration-forms-in-wplms/    To add teachers to courses you need to change the authors of the courses from back end -> edit course -> change the author : http://prntscr.com/kx1mva     To add multiple instructors refer : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zaw277pvaig

Thank you. But I don't like the idea that I have to add authors to courses. Can it be done differently? Teacher is just like a student and added to a private group, where they can see all eachothers results/progress?

Well if teacher is just like students ,then you can use custom registration forms to create all users to be registered as students in your site . Make that form as default to make it available in login popup .

But how do I set it that teacher sees results of group?
