How to create a carousel of Pages

Hi all, I would like to create a carousel within Page Builder that contains Pages (either latest or tagged with a particular tag). This would be similar to the one for Courses in the demo. However, Pages is not an option under 'Enter Post Type'. Any ideas how this could be achieved? Thanks, Neil
