1 . Ok please try to upload the image again and then save settings , after this please hit the generate service worker button .
2 . Well this fees is for paid apps and not for free apps . You can still upload to playstore just like us .

1 ,this is not done yet , we are working on it , actually for pwa's this is very very recent technology and there are not much docs on it . We are trying our best .

I need a solution
start url does not exists and manifest file has wrong url it should be your app page url . Please check the start page selected in service worker . and bp single page selected in vibebp settings and change sw version and generate the sw again .
This was what I did:
1. In VibeBP, there's nothing that has ?page_id=5418, I don't know where this comes from ? What should I do ?
2. When I use Pwabuilder, the default value of start url is also page_id=5418 -> can I simply delete this, or I need to do something else with my website ?
3. Today when I try to regenerate from pwabuilder, I got this message

The two languages causing the issue here . The pwa can have only one app page .
For manually editing this start_url url param may solve the issue for you .
Ok corrected the manifest.json : https://elearning.survivalskills.vn/manifest.json?rand=3
it should work fine now if you have added the Sha1 correctly in your assetslink.json file.
