How to setup group/team quiz

Hi All, how can I setup a quiz/test for a team or group of people using WPLMS? Goal: Test the knowlegde of a team/group of people Subquestions:

• Is this existing functionality or do I need extra plugins?

• How can a group of member be setup as a team?

• How can this group do a test/quiz together?

• How can they all get certified?

Hello, that is not available only single user can enroll in a course.
