HTTP Error 500, theme upgrade issues on PHP pages

Hello, Since we did the update we are having issues on almost all our PHP pages with a 500 error https://prnt.sc/6uY_oSkNZ5jB Our registration isn't working and almost every page has PHP errors from the theme. We have the WP_debug on. We need some help to fix this issue as the site isn't functional as of now. I can send more pics in a private thread. thank you,

hi I found that it’s just a warning: https://prnt.sc/FVsRwbAbaPdU It’s Notices /warnings and is nothing to worry about. it has nothing to do with the actual functionality. What are PHP Notices? PHP notices are the least important. As stated on the official PHP website, you will see PHP notices when: the script encountered something that could indicate an error, but could also happen in the normal course of running a script. Refer https://www.ostraining.com/blog/wordpress/warnings/ you could hide these notices, by following this link: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-turn-off-php-errors-in-wordpress if you found any FATAL ERROR then let us know.

Well I checked error log and found that the Aspose plugin is causing 500 errors :
