I get the pwa dashboard whenever I try to book a slot

Hello try to book a slot here: https://care4success.com/members-directory/teacher/ it will ask you to login, and when you do, you will get the PWA dashboard view on the same member page.

Users need to log in to vibebp, then they can book slots. Also, you have to enable both the sync vibebp and WordPress login setting from wp-admin > vibebp > settings.

Hello Scott, thank you, now when a student clicks a slot and confirm it does not redirect to the cart or shows a message that he must go to the cart to pay, he is left with only a "processing" message

Well the processing is a status which indicated that the slot is in processing state for 15 minutes lock on period . You have to manually goto cart page in order to see the slot booking ,this is done because a user could select multiple slots and then can goto to cart page to buy them all . If we redirect the user to cart page on clicking on book button then they wont be able to add multiple slots in cart .
