I have tried all available options documentation to install and set up demo data almost all of them have one or the other issues can we connect on some skype/any desk/zoom to resolve this issue?
I have multiple issues
1) Can not see Install wplms under dashboard despite installing wplms demo4 plugin and then activating theme (tried with reset / re-install all options)
2) I see broken desin in https://redolencebakery.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=wplms-setup for some file permission of File Permissions CheckFailed
0775
themes/wplms/plugins 0- [Recommended] 0755
themes/wplms/assets 0775
I wonder how to set a permission to a folder that DOES NOT exist (Tried creating manually and setting the permissions asked here)
well the list goes on after adding course apply to course is not working if I manually add a course and even google login has some errors
but I assume a clean installation will help?
cause I'm unable to perform any proper installation I wanted to check if you can help me with the same.

As expected the file permissions are incorrect. This file should be loaded on the page and it is landing on 404 page

for the menu
you can simply edit the menu section and add a new menu item there
goto>>wp-admin>>appearance>>menus>>select the main menu and remove the extra test or simply remove this particular element and add a new one
and then save it will be fixed
