Instructor or students don't see the BBB meeting button until admins logins to the same meeting.
Before the admin login, instructor or students see msg of "Moderator hasn't login to the meeting"
How can i fix this issue.
And also,
Instructor can't create a meeting. At the moment only Admin can create bbb meeting.

I found the issue, why it asks moderator to join the session to start the meeting.
it because when i create a new meeting through BBB it set as checked the "Wait for moderator to start meeting:"
Even though you removed and edit the meeting by un-checking from "Wait for moderator to start meeting" it is not saving.
Which means "Wait for moderator to start meeting:" saved as checked always.
This is working fine before and this has happened after upgrade the BBB plugin.
This a huge blocker for me at this time. Can you pls provide me a workaround until you fix this issue.

Your site is not yet migrated to 4.x, To use bbb you have to use this plugin
wplms-bbb https://wordpress.org/plugins/bbb-wplms/
We recommend using 4.x migration to your site which is gets an update for issues.
Currently, in 4.x we are using
vibe-bbb to create meeting, refer this tutorial

Note: Also make sure to take a backup of your plugin then update
As advised downloaded the latest version of wplms from my downloadable area and upgraded the site. However, then i found an issue that i can't update the courses anymore.(eg. course setting, curriculum etc) Then had to restore the back up to get it works agin. What was be the issue here.

If you migrate to 4.0 then you have to use bbb setting like this

The above video which you have been share is only works with 3.9 and updates are not releasing for this so it can have some bug.
I'll recommend migrating to 4.x which has multiple features and new features are also in progress.
Note: Migration does not mean just update the theme and plugin.
