Instructor / Student Menu Missing

Hi The instructor or student menu is not appearing. A student course has expired and I want to renew but I am unable to do so as the instructor menu does not appear. What do I need to do to turn the instructor/student menu on? website: www.innatehealth.co

1) For instructor and student specific menu, refer: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/student-and-instructor-specific-menus/ 2) You said that the course has expired and you want to renew it, then student has to again purchase the course/product to renew the course OR instructor can manually extend the subscription from the course admin area.

2) How do you extend the course subscription?

For manually extending the subscription go to course admin area and click on the extend subscription, select the student and write the extend amount in days or months or whatever duration parameter you have set. For more details refer the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/beysz6

Hey Latiyan How do I access the admin section of course without navigating to the page using the admin menu? The agency who built my site did not activate the admin menu on the frontend, when I do it causes another menu to disappear.

Thanks for sharing the credentials, but the credentials are of instructors not of the admin. However I checked your site and found out your site is based on 1.9 version and is heavily customised. So now adding new thing in your site will be very difficult and will take a lot of time and customisations, which is not the part of theme support. So I will recommend you to consult your agency who customised your site to add back the course admin functionality for the instructors and the admins.

Please note that the whole query has been changed to show the course members since 1.9 and now we are uanble to suggest what is wrong with your customization . but you can use the admin functions in wplms to extend the subscription of user . To extend subscription follow these steps : 1. Note the user id of that student from wp-admin -> users -> all users page . 2. Note the course id from lms -> all courses page . 3.
