Is there a way to track in-Unit user behaviors?

Is there a way to track what a user does while they are viewing a unit?  For instance, if they click on an element inside of a unit and view the content, is there a way to know this action took place?  Is there code or something that I can add to my Visual Composer blocks and elements to make those activities inside of units visible to Google Analytics or something?
