Issue on Trial

I am trying to test WPLMS Unit Timings but it say that i have already registered this. This isnt the case and i would simultaneous perform the testing with the rest of the other plugins before we purchase the 399 USD package. Kindly check urgently please. https://prnt.sc/u6z1u4 Lastly, for some very strange reason since i just activated the testing, it shows that the trial period is only till 27 Aug. I just activated it. Does this mean the trial period is only for 1 day??? Thanks
