Issues with Icons?

Only two reasons could be behind this: Either you are using any plugin which is conflicting with the styling of these icons or it could be related to file and folder permissions please check your file permission should be 0644 and folder permission should be 0755

hey diana. thanks for the quick response. can you guide me what folder this could be? all the items such as the "vicon-facebook" are not appearing. i am guessing this controlled by css using the vibebp plugin after investing the source? what folder would need the permission you mentioned?

lastly i also checked the permissions where the files are stored and they have directories - 755 / files - 644

please disregard and close ticket. it was solved when i cleared the cache using the following procedures: Step 2: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95669?hl=en&visit_id=637017328027066867-3441394416&rd=2
