Issues with testimonial plugin output

Hi, We are having problems with the display of the testimonials. In the testimonial plugin, we are adding a testimonial which is of 3 paragraph. On the page where we have added the short-code of the testimonial, the testimonial is being displayed as 1 paragraph. Example:  On the home page of our website DMTM, scroll down to the bottom to locate the testimonial section. In the testimonial plugin, for Aditya's testimonial we have added as:

Instructors are knowledgeable & patient. They cultivated & grew my passion for Digital Marketing. Without Digital Marketing Training Mumbai I would not have a job  I love.

But when you see on the page, it is displayed as:

Instructors are knowledgeable & patient. They cultivated & grew my passion for Digital Marketing. Without Digital Marketing Training Mumbai I would not have a job  I love.

Why is it not displaying as it is? Why is it displaying as one whole block? How do we resolve this issue? Any help will be appreciated.

Hi, In the testimonial plugin, when adding any formatting to the testimonial content, the formatting is getting stripped when being displayed in the Browser. Problem 1: We have created a testimonial named: Testimonial 2. For that testimonial content we have made the first 4 words bold. Take a look at:  http://www.screencast.com/t/ptpjo9v1 After updating the testimonial, when we refresh the DMTM home page, you will notice that first 4 words are not bold. Take a look at:  http://www.screencast.com/t/ARVj85foW4 When viewing the console of the page, you will notice that it has striped the class, strong and paragraph HTML tags which was given to the testimonial content. Take a look at:  http://www.screencast.com/t/Im3BfjL7E Problem 2:  All the content placed in the testimonial appears as a single paragraph. We wish to have multiple sentences displayed. This is not happening. Any solutions for problem 1 and 2 will be appreciated.

We are using the_excerpt for the post text in the post gird ,carousel/rotating blocks and filterable posts  and in wordpress html styling is striped out from the excerpt . this is why the testimonials are not showing the styling that you want . So this is wordpress limitation with the excerpts  . You can try other testimonials plugin if you want to add styling in the content of the testimonial .
