Issues with the Quiz

Please enable retakes in the quiz to test this out, without which it is impossible to test this as the quiz is already attempted and all i can see is a blank quiz without the ability to retest. As mentioned previously by Alex, in order for us to provide support we would need your site's admin credentials, without which it is not possible to test and fix this issue.

Hello, We have increased the number of retakes for the quiz to 50. You can now check the same quiz. In case it still doesn't work, try the below quiz, its untouched and hasn't been taken yet. Course Name : Entrepreneurship: Power of Curiosity and Inspiration Quiz Name : Pro Test The credentials for the test user are : Username: test Password: test@123 The admin credentials for our site are : Username : tjwalker Password :  mediwiz We looked into the code and there isn't anything fishy. The issue is merely on the access part. When we login from admin, we can see the marked answer on result page but when the test user sees it, the marked answer is blank. Apart from this, marks scored and total marks also doesn't show up no matter you login from admin or test account. We also have a plugin installed called "Advance Access Manager", which takes care of all access to different user, we tried to set different roles to test user, it still doesn't show any change. Please fix the issue asap.

Checked your site .Found these issues : 1. Quiz was in the trash . check : http://prntscr.com/95w7u2 2. Please do not install any cache plugin ,we do not recommends this . 3. The issues maybe appearing due to some spam protection or security plugin.Try deactivating third party plugin for this . 4. Some plugins are outdated and theme is also outdated . Please update the theme and all its plugins to latest versions.

Thanks for the response, quiz issue is fixed. We have update the plugins as well. Quiz from trash has also been restored. Checked the quiz result, everything is fine now. But a new issue has come up. When I add a new unit in set curriculum after clicking on drop downs present in select box, new unit doesn't get added. No option is provided for further action. Same happens with add quiz button also besides add unit button. I have already tried disabling all third party plugins and also disabled the WP Super Cache plugin. Please help us asap.
