like:
logout after every update in the certificates
reload page shows page not found etc

I created a page with page template "def cert" and assigned it to WP admin - wplms - course manager- default certificate.

We checked this out and found that the issue is not related to code .It is related to DNS you are using from cloudflare , there the html is not validating properly and our script is not able to read the dom loaded with ajax on time leading to js error .
We would advise you to disable the cloudfront DNS on your site and check this again .
